What is Somerset Rains Purple?
Somerset Rains Purple is a substance abuse awareness/prevention program that will engage our community and youth while encouraging them to stand against substance abuse. Somerset Rains Purple is a SCOUT initiative.
What does the project entail?
The project promotes education and awareness throughout the schools and community. The project also encourages the ‘new conversation’ between teens and parents, one that includes messages that prescription painkillers are not safe to use recreationally.
